What this site is. clumsycloud.com is an informational portfolio for Clumsy Cloud Studio. Nothing here is professional advice, and project descriptions reflect work at the time it was written.

Our content. The words on this site, the design of these pages and the code behind them, and the interfaces of our own products are the studio's work. Please don't reuse them commercially without asking first. An email is all it takes.

What isn't ours to license. Client work shown here, including Molina Graphics' website, photography and brand, belongs to that client, not to us. Apple's platform names and interface elements belong to Apple. The landscape illustration was made with AI assistance from a concept we directed: we claim no exclusive copyright in it and don't license it for reuse.

Our name and mark. We use Clumsy Cloud and the cloud mark as our own, and we ask that you don't present your work as ours. We have not completed a trademark search, so nothing here asserts a registered right.

App screenshots and names. Apple, iOS, macOS, watchOS, and the App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Their appearance here describes compatibility, not endorsement.

No warranty. The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available but make no guarantees, and we aren't liable for decisions made from reading it.
