Everything in Essential, with 90 minutes total of content changes, a monthly analytics and search-health summary, one recommendation, and a quarterly site check. We reply within one business day.
Monthly plans · USD. Month-to-month, billed in advance, with 30 days' notice. No rollover. New pages, redesigns, integrations, emergencies, and ongoing SEO are separate. You pay provider fees directly. Extra work starts after you approve an estimate.

Scope, ownership, and what happens after launch.
How long will my website take?
We confirm a schedule after reviewing your pages, content, and any integrations. Your proposal includes the start date, review milestones, and target launch. Content or approval delays can move that date; we will explain the impact before changing the plan.
Do I need all the words and photos ready?
No. Bring what you have. We identify what can be used, what needs work, and who will supply each piece. The Foundation scope includes content planning and review; full copywriting, photography, or a new brand identity are separate work, agreed before we begin.
What if I want changes during the project?
The build includes two consolidated revision rounds at agreed milestones. Corrections to agreed requirements are not counted as revisions. A new page, integration, or change in direction gets a written price and timing impact for your approval before we do the extra work.
Will I own my website?
Once the agreed project payments are complete, the custom site work and agreed source files transfer to you. Your domain, hosting, business email, forms, and analytics accounts are set up in your name when included. Third-party fonts, software, and services remain subject to their own licenses. You do not need a care plan to keep your site.
Can you handle hosting, business email, and SEO?
Yes. We recommend the setup, connect it, test it, and leave you with a clear handoff. Your domain, hosting, and business email stay in your name, and you pay those providers directly. Every website includes a search foundation. Business email setup and ongoing SEO are separate when you need them.
How do I request updates?
Email the change and any replacement words or images. We confirm whether it fits your care allowance and agree on timing. Essential includes 30 minutes of small edits monthly; Growth includes 90 minutes total. Unused time does not roll over, and work beyond the allowance needs your approval.
Can I cancel care or move to another provider?
Yes. Care is month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Your site and accounts remain yours, subject to the agreed payment and license terms. We document access so a future provider can take over. Canceling care does not cancel separate hosting or software subscriptions.
